My stay at Kronenhotel was delightful. the breakfast offered a wonderful buffet featuring freshly made options with a lovely garden view. The staff was exceptionally attentive, making me feel very welcome and cared for throughout my visit.

Exceptional service and cozy stay
Woke up to a delightful breakfast with fresh, homemade options and a beautiful garden view. The staff went above and beyond, even tracking down my lost glasses after dinner! Their kindness truly stood out.
However, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during a warm night. It required multiple conversations with the front desk to get some discomfort addressed, which was a bit frustrating.

if you like being locked out of your hotel at 3 am or pay extra for cramped parking, this is the place for you! my room was not cleaned since you have to "opt in"—how quaint! you’d think for the price, a complimentary drink would be offered but instead, I was met with cold shoulders. truly a disgrace.
